Green Juice

This juice is so easy to make and is super hormone balancing for us ladies, and who doesn’t want some balance when it comes to hormones?! Honestly when I am PMS’ing run. Run far away, because I am an absolute mess( my husband will second that). Sorry babe! Some days I literally can’t get out of bed because my cramps are so painful. This really does aide with some of the pain, along with a heating pad of course! I would highly suggest giving this green juice a try in your PMS alleviation plan. Start having the juice a few times a week two weeks prior to when you know your cramps will be kicking in and you will notice the difference, trust me.

Green Goddess Juice


  • 2 green apples
  • 1 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 12 kale leaves
  • 8 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • 2 inch piece turmeric root
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder


  1. Using your juicer, juice all of the fruits and veggies.
  2. Pour into a large mason jar
  3. Add spirulina powder to mason jar, and shake well.
  4. Store in refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.
