Since it’s National Prosecco day I thought I’d share my favorite Prosecco with you all: Riondo Prosecco! Even better, Riondo Prosecco is the official sponsor of National Prosecco day.
Scha and I have been traveling so much the past six months, that we are really trying to stay in LA the rest of the summer and enjoy being at home. One thing LA does really well is brunch. Since it’s hard to find a true “Caesar” in the US the mimosa became my brunch drink of choice.
Instead of waiting in a crazy line for brunch and getting more hangry by the minute, we opted for beach side mimosas instead. We picked up some bagels with all the fixins and hopped in an uber to Malibu.
I wish I could start every morning by the beach with a mimosa in hand! I like to stick with a classic mimosa, but feel free to mix it up if you prefer a different type of juice. You could even get a little fancy and create a tequila sunrise mimosa with a little grenadine.
I forget sometimes how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place. I’ve spent so much of this year constantly on the go, ready for another adventure, I haven’t really had any adventures or day trips here in California. This day was exactly what I needed. Let’s just say sometimes you need a bit of bubbly to make you appreciate where you are. Cheers to exploring your own city! Check out this link for more Riondo Prosecco Cocktails!
