After ending the better part of 2018 with a fractured sesamoid I am determined to make 2019 the year of the comeback. My dreams of running the NYC Marathon were crushed September 27th, but I knew it wouldn’t be the end of my training days! Now that I have my boot off(thank god!), I want to get stronger than I ever have been before. While my endurance was amazing while training for the marathon, my strength suffered. Which is how I knew I had to commit to a gym membership to help reach my goals.
Living in New York City there definitely isn’t a shortage of gyms, but navigating the endless options can be tough.
