Ten items to bring with you on the plane.
This past year has been full of flights, flight delays, connecting flights, and jet lag. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining at all! However, frequent flying definitely does take a toll on your body and mind. That’s why I try to make my flight as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible. I’ve narrowed down my top ten items to bring with you on the plane. It’s so important especially during an overseas flight to keep your skin hydrated and keep up with your water intake. I’m trying to be better and not drink wine during flight, but obviously that hasn’t been going that well. So I compensate with only drinking red, using a face mask and drinking 2 Liters of water. Below are my top ten must have’s for in flight peace. Whether I’m flying to New York or London I ALWAYS have these items with me.[df_divider_text title=”CARRY ON OF CHOICE” title_align=”separator_align_center” el_width=”100″ style=”solid” accent_color=”#EEEEEE” padding=”20px 0″ position=”align_center” el_class=”” border_t_width=”2px”]
Pictured above is my all time favorite when it comes to carry on luggage. I for sure have a top three, but the Away carry on is extremely light, durable and has one AMAZING feature: CHARGING PORTS . Read more about Away HERE

The three books above are probably my favorite reads right now. These are books that you can go back to again and again and will look at each chapter in a completely different way each time. So many AH-HA moments in each one. I’ll be sharing my summer reading list soon! For now dive into the three above!
Now I have only been using this for about a month and I can tell you this: IT WORKS. I’m hooked on all things Saje Wellness and you should be too. Another plus: Saje was founded by a couple of Canadians so obviously you need to get on Saje’s level 😉 Arrive Revived seriously helps with jet lag though. Roll it on your temple, wrists, and under your chin for maximum revived-ness.
